The charge came out of an internal Department of Corrections investigation into improper conduct by a prison guard.

She refused and walked off the porch, heading next door. She said he threatened her, followed her and struck her on the head two or three times with a blunt object. She said she fell to the ground, and he removed the cash and drugs from her hand and ran southeast from Slocumb and Walnut streets.

When her daughter returned home, she said she found the damage to the radiator and the doors and rear bumper.
