*Manuel Trimone Jackson, 23, Hare Road, possession of a controlled substance, not guilty.
*Laurie Marie Lemaster, 32, East Mulberry Street, financial identity fraud, 12 to 15 months active and $1,293.97 restitution; obtaining property by false pretense, six to eight months; obtaining property by false pretense, six to eight months.
*Steven Barnes, 45, Goldsboro, malicious conduct by a prisoner, 13 to 16 months.
*James Devon Marshburn, 20, East Nelson Street, Mount Olive, larceny from the person and possession of drug paraphernalia, five to six months.
*Ricky Terrell Ward, 20, Bennett's Bridge Road, Mount Olive, conspiracy to commit larceny from the person, 87 days active, five to six months suspended, 24 months supervised probation (three months electronic house arrest), $650 lawyer's fee and costs.
*Keith Devon McMillan, 23, Alert Cable Road, Dudley, misdemeanor assault inflicting serious injury, 60 days.
*Leigh Anne Sizemore, 44, Claybrook Drive, forgery (two counts) and possession of stolen goods, 43 days active, eight to 10 months suspended, 24 months supervised probation (six months intensive probation), $260 lawyer's fee, $145.13 restitution, $100 fine and costs.
*Khalil Briheem Elam, 19, Perry Farm Lane, possession of stolen goods, 29 days active, eight to 10 months suspended, 24 months supervised probation (six months intensive probation), $260 lawyer's fee, $480 restitution, $100 fine and costs.
*Gary Octavious Willis, 17, Sutton Road, LaGrange, larceny from the person, one day active, five to six months suspended, 24 months supervised probation (four months electronic house arrest), 50 hours community service, $260 lawyer's fee, $100 fine and costs.
*Ronnie Lee, 42, East Holly Street, misdemeanor assault, 30 days suspended, 12 months supervised probation, $500 restitution and costs.
*Trudy Denise Faison, 26, Daly Boulevard, Mount Olive, obstruction of officer, 45 days suspended, 12 months supervised probation, 24 hours community service, $50 fine and costs.
