TORNADO WATCH

A tornado watch was issued today for Wayne and surrounding counties until 4 p.m.
The National Weather Service said severe storms are possible with winds up to 70 mph, hail one-inch in diameter and dangerous lightning.
A watch means conditions are favorable for tornadoes and severe thunderstorms in and close to the watch area.
