Five community agencies are sponsoring a conference to draw attention to what it takes to ensure the best possible results with children.
On April 22 from noon until 2 p.m., the public is invited to a free lunch and discussion session at First Presbyterian Church.
WAGES, Goldsboro Pediatrics, Wayne County public schools, Eastpointe, and the Wayne County Department of Social Services are sponsoring the event.
Paula Duncan, MD, FAAP, professor of pediatrics at the University of Vermont and a long-time advocate for the asset-based approach to child development, will speak.
To reserve a seat and lunch, e-mail requests to Jennifer@wagesnc.org.
