Wolf-Fitzgerald
Rebecca Louise Wolf of Cary and Sterling Francis Fitzgerald of Cary exchanged vows in a double-ring ceremony Sept. 12 2015, at 4:30 p.m. at Haywood Hall, with the Rev. Maj. Britt Johnson officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Dr. Kevin and Mrs. Virginia Wolf of Goldsboro and the granddaughter of Jay and Phyllis Wolf of California, Mary R. Weber of Ohio and the late Alan Weber.
She is a graduate of North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics and a magna cum laude graduate of North Carolina State University. She is employed as a research associate and yoga instructor.
The groom is the son of Mr. Nicholas and Mrs. Shannon Fitzgerald of Hillsborough and the grandson of Ted Fitzgerald of Alaska, Judith and Ron Acarregui of Kodiak and Ted and Sharon Moore of Oregon.
He is a graduate of North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics and a graduate of North Carolina State University. He is employed as an environmental engineer.
The bride was escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents.
Robin Kandl Spierer served as matron of honor, while bridesmaids were Jennifer Gunderson Cox, Heather Mohorn Kachuske and Theresa Cho.
Mr. Lucas Lankford served as best man.
Groomsmen were Mr. Lalitindu Das and Mr. Michael Paul Spierer.
Ushers were Matthew Wolf, William Wolf, Patrick Wolf and Hayden Fitzgerald.
A reception followed the wedding ceremony at Haywood Hall.
After a wedding trip to Thailand, the couple resides in Cary.
