Mrs. Gentry

Saturday, April 19, 2014, at 4 in the afternoon, Erin Leigh Gamble became the bride of Samuel Hamlin Gentry at All Saints Chapel in Raleigh. The Rev. John Kerr officiated at the double-ring ceremony.

Miss Gamble is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert “Bo” Gamble of Goldsboro. Grandparents of the bride are Mr. and Mrs. Henry Braswell also of Goldsboro.

Mr. and Mrs. Sam Gentry of Mount Airy are parents of the groom.

Mrs. Allyson Hardy Flemer, sister of the bride, was matron of honor. Ms. Sarah Styron, friend of the couple, was maid of honor.

Bridesmaids were Ms. Kasie Braswell, Mrs. Leah Cass Bunch, Mrs. Regina Everett Gurley and Mrs. Nancy Perkins Gentry, sister of the groom.

The groom's father, Mr. Joseph Samuel Gentry Jr., was the best man.

Groomsmen were Mr. Mitchell Truban, Mr. Zach Blackmon, Mr. Ryan Denney, Mr. Matthew Blood, Mr. Brandon Prince, Mr. Adam Stanley and Mr. Jonathan Perkins, brother-in-law of the groom.

Ushers were Mr. Matthew Corey, Mr. Jared Moser, Mr. Tyler Payne and Mr. Jon Flemer, brother-in-law of the bride.

Ms. Caroline Flemer, niece of the bride, served as flower girl.

Ms. Claire Flemer, niece of the bride, announced the entry of the bride, and Mr. Cole Flemer, nephew of the bride, served as ringbearer.

Ms. Katie Hammond was registrar.

Music was provided by Mrs. Linda Denney.

Following the wed- ding, a dinner reception was held at Raleigh Marriot City Center.

Friday night, a rehearsal dinner was hosted by the groom's parents, and held at Sullivan's Restaurant in Raleigh.

The bride's mother hosted a bridesmaids' brunch at The Rockford Restaurant April 18. Wedding showers were held in Goldsboro, Mount Airy and Raleigh.

The bride is a graduate of Rosewood High School and East Carolina University. She is employed a an exceptional children's teacher for Wake County Schools.

Mr. Gentry is a graduate of Mount Airy High School and North Carolina State University. He is employed as a credit analyst for First Citizens Bank of Raleigh.

The couple is residing in Raleigh.
