Turner-Brodzinski
Ashley Brooke Turner of Raleigh and Benjamin Thomas Brodzinski of Raleigh exchanged vows in a double-ring ceremony Oct. 6, 2012, at 4 p.m. at Rand-Bryan House in Garner, with the Rev. Christopher Turner officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Kathy Hill Turner of Mount Olive and the late David Eugene Turner of Mount Olive and the granddaughter of Lucille Turner Williams and the late Albert Turner Jr. of Mount Olive, Margaret Fields Hill of Mount Olive and the late Charles Linwood Hill of Mount Olive.
She is a 2004 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a psychology degree. She is employed as senior support manager at Bandwidth.com.
The groom is the son of James Edward Brodzinski Jr. of Dothan, Ala., and Connie Willis Brodzinski of Dothan, Ala., and the grandson of June Brodzinski and the late James Brodzinski Sr. of Tallassee, Ala., and the late Hughlon and Edna Willis of Tallassee.
He attended Wallace Community College and Southern Union Community College. He is employed as lead field manager at Kablelink Communications.
The bride was escorted by Brent B. Morris, brother-in-law of bride, and given in marriage by her family.
Kelly Morris served as matron of honor, while Amber Kirby was maid of honor.
Bridesmaids were Lindsey Blackwell, Kelly Brodzinski, Ashley Taylor, Karen Hendrickson and Brianna Mundy.
Brian Allen served as best man.
Groomsmen were Jason Jones, Romy Sembiring, Thomas McCrae, Jason Osbourne, Brian Bachelor and Bobby Bruner.
Jocelyn Taylor was flower girl.
Holden Morris was ringbearer.
Kaden Morris was the junior groomsman.
Dell Sexton read the marriage blessing during the ceremony.
Carrie B. Shields directed the wedding. Ashley Dekich and Mary Jones distributed programs.
Paige Barwick was the ceremony violinist.
The reception was held immediately following the wedding at the Rand-Bryan House in Garner.
After a wedding trip to Dominican Republic, the couple resides in Raleigh.
The groom’s parents held a rehearsal dinner at the Tavern on the Green at Eagle Ridge Golf Club in Raleigh Oct. 5.
Events held before the wedding included a bridal shower Aug. 11 at the home of Kelly Morris hosted by the bridesmaids; a bachelorette weekend Aug. 31 throuth Sept. 3 in Wrightsville Beach hosted by Kelly Morris and Amber Kirby; a bachelor weekend Aug. 31 through Sept. 3 in Atlanta, Ga., given by Brian Allen and groomsmen; a monogram shower and cookout Sept. 15 in Raleigh hosted by Amber Kirby and the bridesmaids; and a bridesmaids’ luncheon Oct. 5 at the home of Rhonda Kennedy-Quinn hosted by Rhonda Kennedy-Quinn, Mary Dallas Sutton and Kaye Brock.
