Catherine Lassiter Eubanks and Craig Wilson Fulcher of Pikeville exchanged vows in a double-ring ceremony April 28, 2012, at 11 a.m. at Zion United Methodist Church in Mount Olive, with Doug Johnson officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Bonnie Parks Lassiter and the late Robert Carl Lassiter of Seven Springs and the granddaughter of the late Stephen and Pauline Smith Lassiter of Goldsboro and Callie Hill Parks and the late William Starr Parks of Seven Springs.

She graduated from East Carolina University with a bachelor’s degree in middle grades education and a master’s degree in instructional technology and also earned a masters’ degree in school administration from North Carolina State University. She is employed as the principal of Eastern Wayne Middle School.

The groom is the son of Cecelia Guthrie Fulcher and the late Walter Graham Fulcher of Morehead City and the grandson of Woodrow Wilson Fulcher and Elizabeth Dudley Fulcher of Morehead City and the late Plymouth and Vivian Yeomons Guthrie of Harkers Island.

He graduated from the University of North Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in journalism as well as a master’s degree in occupational safety and health from East Carolina University. He is employed as the environmental health and safety manager at SPX Transformer Solutions Inc.

Chase Wilson Fulcher was a groomsmen.

Catherine McKayla Eubanks and Chandler Brice Fulcher were junior bridesmaids. Samantha Lynette Eubanks was the flower girl.

The reception was held in the Fairway Room at Walnut Creek Country Club.

After a wedding trip to Gatlinburg, Tenn., the couple now resides in Seven Springs.
