MAR-MAC —Jenna Rebeka-Lea Pulley of Fremont and William Blake McDonald of Fremont exchanged vows in a double-ring ceremony Sept. 12 at 5 p.m. at McArthur Farm, with Dennis King officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Chris and Renee Pulley of Fremont and the granddaughter of Ken and Kathie Pulley of Rosewood, Gail Burgess of Four Oaks and Shirley Bradshaw and the late Alvis Bradshaw of Wilson.

She graduated from Charles B. Aycock High School in 2006. She is employed as a customer assistant at AT&T.

The groom is the son of Bill McDonald of Elm City and Penny and Beary Couling of Goldsboro and the grandson of Bill and Helen McDonald of Raleigh, Beverly and Bennie Tedder of Lucama, Bobby Langley and Pat Smithwick of Elm City and Doris and Jerry Rice of Wilson.

He graduated from Southern Wayne High School in 2004 and

attended WyoTech in Pennsylvania. He is employed as an auto restorer at B-Mac’s Auto Restoration.

The bride was escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents.

She wore a white strapless satin A-line gown with a side-draped bodice and an asymmetric skirt. She also wore a pearl necklace that was given to her by her grandmother, Shirley Bradshaw.

The bride carried a turquoise and white bouquet of lilies and hydrangea with a white and turquoise wrap with her late Papa’s wedding band tied on it.

Alyssa Crabtree was her friend’s maid of honor.

Bridesmaids were Bailey Lupton, Leiren Tillman and Rebecca Bradshaw, friends of the bride.

Bill McDonald was his son’s best man.

Groomsmen were Aaron Jones, uncle of the groom, and Ryc Speach, friend of the couple.

Ushers were Josh Pulley, brother of the bride, and Tanner Couling, brother of the groom.

Katelyn Denning, cousin of the bride, and Taylor McDonald, sister of the groom, were junior bridesmaids.

Karly Denning, cousin of the bride, was flower girl. Seth Smith, cousin of the groom, was ringbearer.

Alex Steele, friend of the couple, directed the wedding. Presiding at the register was Ryc Speach.

A program of wedding music was provided by Alex Steele.

Following the ceremony, a pig picking reception was held at McArthur Farm. Jessica Couling, sister of the groom, served refreshments. Celeste Forehand and Michele Bass served the wedding cake.

After a wedding trip to Atlantic Beach, the couple will reside in Fremont.

Events held before the wedding included a shower Aug. 22 at the home of Danny and Leigh Tillman hosted by the bridesmaids and a shower Aug. 23 at the home of the bride’s mother hosted by the bride’s mother.

Beary and Penny Couling held a cookout rehearsal dinner at McArthur Farm.
