Leslie Lynae Belden of Goldsboro and Joshua David Hunt of Morrisville, Pa., exchanged vows in a double-ring ceremony Feb. 16 at 1 p.m. at Freedom Baptist Church, with Pastor David Jackson officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Bryan Lynn Belden of Dudley and Darlene Carol Belden of Goldsboro and the granddaughter of Ivan David Belden and the late Gloria Ann Belden of Cranesville, Pa., and Marcos A. and Geraldine Morales of Little River, S.C.

She is a 2005 graduate of Spring Creek High School and is pursuing a career in nursing.

The groom is the son of Lt. Col. Wayne Robert and Elizabeth Evans Hunt of Union Hall, Va., and the grandson of the late Edward Middleton Hunt Sr. and Isable Pope Hunt of Mt. Holly, N.J., and Barbara Caputi and the late Leonard Caputi of Yardley, Pa.

He is a 2003 graduate of Morrisville High School and a 2007 graduate of the Air Force Academy with a degree in systems engineering. He is serving in the Air Force stationed at Columbus Air Force Base, Miss.

The bride was escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents.

She wore a formal gown of white taffeta. Pearls and sequins embellished the strapless sweetheart neckline. Beaded motifs enhanced the princess bodice. The A-line taffeta pick-up skirt was adorned with pearls and sequins.

Her headpiece was a veil of silk illusion with a rhinestone edge.

The bride carried a clutch of red roses accented with baby’s breath.

Christina Marie Toler was her sister’s matron of honor.

Bridesmaids were Alicia Magnus, Shawna Brewer and Christie Bradshaw.

Daniel Patley was best man.

Groomsmen were Jacob Hunt, brother of the groom; Second Lt. Robert Bettinger; and Kerry Loux.

Ushers were Mark Toler, brother-in-law of the bride, and Stephen Brewer, cousin of the bride.

Haley Marie Toler and Kaitlyn Allen Toler, nieces of the bride, were flower girls.

Melissa Wolfe directed the wedding. Presiding at the register were Danielle Downs and Rachel Daughtry. Marylaine Duncan distributed programs.

A program of wedding music was provided by Machelle Kingsley, pianist, and Curt Piner, vocalist.

Following the ceremony, a dinner and dance reception was held at Seymour Johnson AFB Officers’ Club.

After a wedding trip to St. Croix, Virgin Islands, the couple reside at Columbus AFB.

Events held before the wedding included a shower Feb. 9 at the home of the bride’s sister hosted by her sister and a bridal shower Jan 19 at Oak Ridge Church hosted by the bride’s mother.

A rehearsal dinner was held Feb. 15 at the Steak Barn.
