Carter - Grady
MOUNT OLIVE — Rebecca Ann Grady of Mount Olive and Paul Scott Carter of Mount Olive exchanged vows in a single-ring ceremony Aug. 17 at 6:30 p.m. at Jones Grove Church, with Christopher A. Bishop officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Billy Ray and Betty Ann Grady of Pine Mountain, Ga., and the granddaughter of Edna Gray, the late Albert Grady, Betty D. Hall and the late Edward C. Davidson of Mount Olive.
She is a 2000 graduate of Southern Wayne High School. She attended West Georgia Technical School.
The groom is the son of Ronnie Dean Carter of Mount Olive and Diana Lee Carter of Wilmer, Ala., and the grandson of the late Raymond Carter and Irene Brock of Mount Olive.
He is a 1993 graduate of Mary G. Montgumry School in Semmes, Ala. He is employed as a mechanic at Deacon Jones Kia.
The bride was escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents.
A program of wedding music was provided by Zina Carr, pianist.
The couple reside in Mount Olive.
