Camille Bryant and Larry Donnell Jones exchanged vows in a double-ring ceremony April 7 at 6 p.m. at St. Mark Church of Christ, with Bishop Alton A. Smith officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Dorothy Bryant and the late Willie Bryant of Goldsboro.

She is a graduate of Goldsboro High School. She is retired from O’Berry Center.

The groom is the son of Annie Bell Hobbs of Goldsboro.

He graduated from Dillard High School. He is employed as a custodian with the local schools.

The bride was escorted by her son, Brandon Sutton, and her brother, Bishop Algie Bryant, and given in marriage by her brother.

She wore an ivory strapless gown of satin with an A-line skirt with beaded lace. The long-sleeved jacket was embroidered with lace appliqué trim along the edges and across the jacket. It had a chapel-length train.

Her headpiece was a gold tiara with champagne rhinestones attached to a fingertip-veil with crystal and champagne pearls.

The bride carried a bouquet of calla lilies and blue hydrangeas.

Sha tara Hall was her godmother’s matron of honor, while Dr. Alma Jenkins, friend of the bride, was maid of honor.

Bridesmaids were Kawanna Jones and Tyhesha Jones, daughters of the groom; Constance Coram, friend of the bride; and Leneneice Chambers, sister of the groom.

William Hobbs, brother of the groom, and Bobby Martin, cousin of the groom, were best men.

Ushers were Robert Thompson and Troy Algie Bryant, nephews of the bride.

Kayla Stover, friend of the bride, was the junior bridesmaid.

Ta’Mya Sutton, granddaughter of the bride, was flower girl. Zacary Thompson, great-nephew of the bride, was ringbearer.

Vivian Stover and Mallie Smith directed the wedding. Presiding at the register was Delia Durham. Robert Thompson and Troy Bryant distributed programs.

A program of wedding music was provided by Kevin Alston, organist and vocalist; Dr. Alma Jenkins and Tracie Alston, vocalists; and Gera Davis, godson of the bride, bell ringer.

Hostesses were Delia Durham, Miesha Donaldson, Heather Bevell, Nicey Weeks, Cherry Martin and Aileen Rowe.

Out-of-town guests were from Maryland, New York, Alabama and Georgia.

After a wedding trip to Niagara Falls and Canada, the couple reside in Goldsboro.

Events held before the wedding included a bridal shower March 31 hosted by Sha tara Hall and Mary Faison; a bridal dinner March 30 hosted by the groom’s sisters; a bridal shower March 17 hosted by the bride’s goddaughter; and an engagement dinner Sept. 30 at Wilber’s Barbecue.

A rehearsal dinner was held at St. Mark Church of Christ.
