Hill - Bradshaw
DUNN — Karry Trina Bradshaw and Christopher Brian Hill of San Diego, Calif., exchanged vows in a double-ring ceremony Sept. 9 at noon at Barrington House Bed and Breakfast, with the Rev. Rodger Dale Lewis officiating.
The bride is the granddaughter of Roland E. and Norma J. Bowman of San Diego.
She is a 1993 graduate of Rosewood High School and a 1998 and 2000 graduate of Wayne Community College with a nursing diploma and an ADN. She is employed as a registered nurse at Sharp Grosmont Hospital.
The groom is the son of Donnie Hill of Ft Lauderdale, Fla., and Lynn Vance Head of Goldsboro, the stepson of Jimmy D. Head and the grandson of the late Virginia Dale of Glendale, Ariz., and the late Fred Vance of Madison, Wisc., and Dorthy Suggs of Goldsboro.
He graduated from Rosewood in 1991 and attended East Carolina University. He is pursuing a real estate license.
The bride was escorted by her parents and given in marriage by her grandparents.
She wore a satin A-line gown with beaded bodice and cap sleeves. It had a grand cathedral train embellished with beads and lace.
Her diamond and pearl tiara had a fingertip-length veil.
The bride carried a teardrop bouquet with yellow tiger lilies, confetti roses and blue delphinia.
Sherry L. Shelby of Goldsboro was matron of honor.
Bridesmaids were Katie L Bradshaw of Suffolk Va., Jami Lee Amy of Goldsboro, and Kristy L. Twarogowski of Lake Zurich, Ill.
Robbie L. Ballance of Benson and Jimmy D. Head of LaGrange served as best men.
Groomsmen were Eric C. Overby of Greenville and Erskin E. Klienert of Goldsboro.
Wayne Wise of Goldsboro was the usher.
Elaina Shea Amy and Jaylee Scott Amy were flower girls. Connor R. Wise was ringbearer.
Presiding at the register and distributing programs was Melissa Wallace Best.
A program of wedding music was provided by Keith Waller of Mount Olive.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held
After a wedding trip to the Bahamas, the couple reside in San Diego.
Events held before the wedding included a wedding celebration Aug. 24 at the home of the bride’s grandparents, a bachelor party in Myrtle Beach, S.C., hosted by Robbie L. Ballance and a bachelorette party in Myrtle Beach hosted by Amy Pickett Williams and Sherry Shelby.
Lynn Head held a rehearsal dinner at the Hampton Inn in Dunn.
