Newsome - Davis
Tracey Chernita Davis of Dudley and Carlton Hosea Newsome were wed April 8 at 2 p.m.
The Rev. Eugene McClinton officiated at the single-ring ceremony at Dillard Alumni Cultural Center.
The bride is the daughter of Jacqueline Davis of Kinston and Teddy Davis of Dudley. She is the granddaughter of Ola Jenkins of Seven Springs, William Jenkins of Vanceboro and the late John and Frances Davis of Sumter, S.C.
The groom is the son of Thelma Newsome Rogers of Fremont. He is the grandson of the late Johnnie and Lila Bell Newsome of Fremont.
After a wedding trip to Atlantic Beach, the couple is residing in Goldsboro.
