SOUTHERN SHORES — Tracey Lenn Walton and Randy Thomas Hinton Jr. of Greenville exchanged promises May 13 at 2 p.m.
The Rev. Paul Long officiated at the single-ring ceremony at the beach.
Parents of the bride are L. Lee Jr. and Sandra B. Walton of Greenville.
The groom is the son of Col. Randy T. Sr. and Peggy J. Hinton of Tampa, Fla. He is the grandson of Rayonell Hinton Rose of Princeton.
The bride was given in marriage and escorted by her father.
Kristin Neal was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Jennifer Hinton, sister of the groom, Kristy Jo Young and Melissa McLawhorn.
Col. Randy T. Hinton Sr. was his son’s best man. Groomsmen were Evan Snyder, Ryan Malham, brother-in-law, and Brandon Walton, brother of the bride.
Saber guards were Col. Randy Hinton Sr. and 2nd Lts. Adam Thompson, John Ciesco, Joshua Hill, Peder Miller and Matthew Niagro.
Mackenzie Malham, niece of the groom, was the honorary bridesmaid.
Presiding at the register was Mackenzie Malham.
A program of wedding music was provided by Sarah Long, violinist.
The couple is residing in Greenville.
The bride attends East Carolina University for a degree in drama/theater.
The groom graduated in 2006 with a degree in criminal justice. He is serving in the Army.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the beach.
