Barker - Davis
RALEIGH — Cynthia Evelyn Davis and Stephen Ray Barker pledged their vows Jan. 28 at 2 p.m.
Elder David K. Tucker officiated at the double-ring ceremony at the Raleigh Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Parents of the bride are Doris Thigpen Davis of Goldsboro and the late Daniel Horace Davis.
The groom is the son of Dorian Eldren and Sarah Keen Barker of Chatham, Va.
