Quinsha Toniette Eason and Torrio Jermaine Warren were united in holy matrimony Dec. 10 at 2 p.m.

Apostle D. McIntyre, uncle of the bride, officiated at the double-ring ceremony at First African Baptist Church.

Parents of the bride are Melanie McIntyre of Goldsboro and Henry Eason. She is the granddaughter of the late James and Dorothy McIntyre of Dudley.

Parents of the groom are Pastor Joseph Warren of Mount Olive and the late Minister Bernice Warren. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Warren Sr. and the late Mr. and Mrs. Roosevelt Jones of Mount Olive.

Presented in marriage by her parents and escorted by her father, the bride wore a white satin strapless gown with a beaded tulle overlay on the skirt. It had a split front and a chapel train.

For her headpiece, she chose a silver tiara with Swarovski crystals and rhinestones with a three-tiered cathedral veil with rhinestones and a pencil edging. She carried a bouquet of fresh white roses, Christmas pine and baby’s breath wrapped in white satin ribbon.

Antonia King of Greensboro, sister of the groom, was matron of honor. Carmalniter Eason, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Karona Bryant of Raleigh, sister of the groom; Patricia Best-Isley of Greensboro, Tamika Raiford of Dudley, Shirley Jenkins of Goldsboro and Annette Whitfield of Dudley, friends of the bride; and Joye Moore of Virginia and Tiara McIntyre, cousins of the bride.

Anthony Warren was his brother’s best man. Groomsmen were Craig and Derrick Faison, Christopher Humphrey, Arian Smith, Kevin Ward and Greg Maddox of Goldsboro, friends of the groom, and Tyrell King of Greensboro, nephew of the groom.

Jasmine Warren of Raleigh, daughter of the groom, was the junior bridesmaid. Juan Whitley, son of the bride, was the junior groomsman.

Tatiana Eason of Goldsboro, niece of the bride, was flower girl.

Apostle Diane McIntyre of Goldsboro, aunt of the bride and Sheila Goodman of Raleigh, cousin of the bride, directed the wedding. Presiding at the register was Tokeia King of Greensboro, niece of the groom. Sheila Bizzell of Dudley, friend of the bride, distributed programs.

A program of wedding music was provided by Eldress Angela Newsome of Goldsboro, pianist, and Minister Rose Parks of Dudley, Patricia Best-Isley of Greensboro and Deeiah Lucas of Goldsboro, vocalists.

After a wedding trip to Puerto Rico, St. Thomas and St. Maarten, the couple is residing in Dudley.

The bride is a 1990 graduate of Goldsboro High School and Sampson Community College with a degree in cosmetology. She is employed at Nina’s Hair Expressions.

The groom graduated from Southern Wayne High School in 1991 and Johnston Community College’s truck driver training school. He served in the Army. He is employed at Mount Olive Gas Co.

Following the ceremony, Apostles D.L. McIntyre and Diane McIntyre, uncle and aunt of the bride, held a reception in the church fellowship hall. Charlene Frazier of Calypso, cousin of the groom, served the wedding cake.

On Dec. 9, Apostles D.L. McIntyre and Diane McIntyre, uncle and aunt of the bride, held a rehearsal dinner.

Friends of the groom held a bachelor part Dec. 9.

On Dec. 9, women in ministry of Christ Memorial Church held a surprise shower.

Tamika Raiford, friend of the bride, held a bridal shower Dec. 8.
