Miller - Panashy
JACKSONVILLE — Heather E. Panashy and Leland G. Miller exchanged marriage vows Oct. 21 in a double-ring civil ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Fred and Becky Panashy of Pikeville. She is the granddaughter of Matthew Panashy and the late Ellen Panashy, the late Delphia White Allen and the late Walter E. White of Princeton, W. Va., and the stepgranddaughter of Phyllis Panashy of Princeton.
The groom is the son of James and Carol Rivenburg of Elizaville, N.Y. He is the grandson of Lenoard and Billie Cendrowski of Elizaville.
The couple is residing in Jacksonville.
