Tiffany Lynn Pope and Ryan Paul Gerstenberger were united in holy matrimony Saturday, Dec. 3, at 2 p.m.

The Rev. William Ordelt officiated at the double-ring ceremony at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church.

James and Tina Massey are parents of the bride. She is the granddaughter of the late Milton Hanger and Atha Hanger of Goldsboro and the late James and Florence Massey.

Michelle Grimes and Gary Gerstenberger are parents of the groom. He is the grandson of Dwain and Shirley Gerstenberger, Betty Grimes and the late John Grimes of Michigan.

Given in marriage by her parents and escorted by her father, the bride wore a formal two-tone ivory strapless satin gown with a split back and a chapel-length train.

For her headpiece, she chose a tiara of roses.

Mae Ricci of Minnesota was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Amanda Rayburn, Laura Mooring and Jamie Wise of Goldsboro and Jennifer Gerstenberger of Michigan.

Ryan Jefferson of Michigan was his friend’s best man. Groomsmen were Cody Brewer of Texas, Shayne Johnson of Goldsboro, Luis Posula of Samoa and Andy Densmore of Florida.

Lisa and Laura Dalvin of Virginia, friends of the bride, were flower girls. Jonathan Graettinger of Michigan, nephew of the groom, was ring bearer.

After a wedding trip to the Bahamas, the couple is residing in Goldsboro.

Following the ceremony, the bride’s parents held a reception in the church fellowship hall.

On Dec. 2, the couple’s families held a rehearsal dinner at Belfast Volunteer Fire Department.
