Weber - Payne
Kelsey Lynn Payne became the wife of Russell Howard Weber of Fayetteville July 30 at 4 p.m.
Pastor Rachel Connelly officiated at the double-ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Gary and Melanie Payne of Goldsboro. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Payne of Rowland Heights, Calif., the late Sami Koeneke and the late Max Bickly.
Parents of the groom are Russell and Sharon Weber of Aurora, Colo., and John and Stephanie Craig of Goldsboro. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Ierubino of Churchville, Pa., and Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Weber of Springboro, Pa.
After a wedding trip to Hawaii, the couple is residing in Fayetteville.
