Royall - Ramirez
Esmeralda Ramirez became the bride of Fonville Royall Oct. 1 at 4 p.m.
The Rev. Kenneth Bass officiated at the double-ring motorcycle garden ceremony at the home of the groom.
Parents of the bride are Jesse and Virginia Ramirez of Fort Myers, Fla.
Parents of the groom are the late Fonville Sr. and Ernestine Royall.
The bride was given in marriage by Kenneth Lee of Mount Olive, friend of the couple.
Audra Manley of Middletown, Del., cousin of the groom, was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Bobbie Swinson of Goldsboro and Esmelda Santos of Faison, Katrina Wilson and Kimberly, Kristen and Kara Lee of Mount Olive, friends of the couple.
Richard Manley of Middletown was his cousin’s best man. Groomsmen were James Spruill, Reggie Wynn and Waldore Wilson of Mount Olive and James and Raymond Cooper of Kenansville, friends of the couple. Ushers were Sam Platt of Mount Olive and Larry Stokes of Kinston, friends of the couple.
Mackyah Conley of Dudley was flower girl.
Jerilyne Lee of Mount Olive, friend of the couple, directed the wedding. Presiding at the register was Krystal Smith of Columbia, S.C., niece of the groom.
After a wedding trip to Kinston, Jamaica, the couple is residing in Mount Olive.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the Mount Olive senior citizen building. Hostesses were Amy Battle of Dudley, Judy Leach of Mount Olive and Krystal Smith of Columbia.
Friends of the couple held a rehearsal dinner Sept. 30.
