Magistrate Oscar Eldridge officiated at the double-ring ceremony at the county library garden.
Parents of the bride are John Joseph and Rebecca Ray Biggins of Goldsboro.
Pansy Richardson Teague of Vass and Lewis Henry Marion of Cameron are parents of the groom.
The couple is residing in Vass.
The bride is employed as an ophthalmic assistant with Carolina Eye.
The groom is employed as a captain with Moore County Sheriff Department.
