Ide - McLean
DAKAR, Senegal — Janice Lavern McLean of Goldsboro and Yacouba Ide Niandou were wed Aug. 29 at 6:30 p.m.
Priestess Barbara Seck officiated at the single-ring ceremony at Diamalaye Beach.
The bride is the daughter of the late Donnie Sr. and Inez Dickerson McLean. She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Brown McLean Sr. and the late Mr. and Mrs. Marcus Dickerson Jr.
Parents of the groom are Ide Niandou and Mariama Zakou of Niamey, Niger. He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Zakou Souna of Hamdallaye, Niger and the late Mr. and Mrs. Niandou Assimihou of Niger.
After a wedding trip to Niger and Dakar, bride is residing in Goldsboro and the groom is residing in Dakar.
