Gainey - Carter
MOUNT OLIVE — Linda Marie Hill Carter and David Earl Gainey of Four Oaks said their promises July 24 at 2:30 p.m.
Thomas Hare officiated the double-ring ceremony at the home of Vicky Kelly.
Parents of the bride are Hilda Laws Hill of Mount Olive and the late A.T. Hill. She is the granddaughter of late W.G. and Inez Hill of Grantham and the late Luther and Eunice Laws of Mount Olive.
The groom is the son of Janet Pleasant Gainey of Four Oaks and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Gainey of Barstow, Calif. He is the grandson of Margaret Griffin Gainey of Dunn, the late Percy and Eunice Pleasant and the late Johnny Earl Gainey.
The couple is residing in Mount Olive.
