Mr. and Mrs. Chambers

SPRINGFIELD, Va. — Johnny and Lynn Davis of Springfield and Paul E. Graziano of Monroeville, Pa., announce the marriage of their daughter, Elaine Lynn Graziano, to Michael A. Chambers May 29 at 4 p.m.

Dr. Robert Whitten officiated at the double-ring ceremony at Westwood Baptist Church.

The bride is the granddaughter of the late William F. Walter and Aletha G. Walter and Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Graziano of McKeesport, Pa.

Jack and Janex Chambers of Shallotte are parents of the groom. He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Leon T. Oxendine, the late Willard Redwine and Mabel Redwine of Shallotte.

The bride chose a white satin spaghetti-strapped princess-line wedding gown covered by a fitted bodice coat with re-embroidered cappuccino lace on net embellished with crystal beading and pearls. The coat had a lace scalloped edge with short scalloped sleeves. The embroidered lace picked up the detail along the length of the semi-cathedral train.

For her headpiece, she chose a shoulder-length veil with a pearl teardrop tiara.

A program of wedding music was provided by Olga Teutler, organist.

After a wedding trip to Arizona, the couple is residing in Goldsboro.

The bride is an honor graduate of George Mason University with a degree in nursing. She was employed at Fairfax Hospital of Virginia and Hanover Memorial Hospital. She will be employed at Wayne Memorial Hospital in the labor and delivery unit.

The groom graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a degree in finance. He owns Chambers Insurance Co. Inc.

Following the ceremony, a candlelight reception was held at Tyson’s Corner Marriott.
