Lasater-VanEssendelft
MOUNT OLIVE — Kara Lee VanEssendelft and Andrew Corey Lasater were wed Dec. 20 at 5 p.m.
The Rev. Steven Wicks officiated at the ceremony at Mount Olive Presbyterian Church.
Parents of the bride are Mr. and Mrs. Harry Jay VanEssendelft of Carolina Beach. She is the granddaughter of Richard Lubbers of Jensen Beach, Fla., the late Marguerite Lubbers, Dena VanEssendelft of West Sayville, N.Y., and the late William VanEssendelft.
Parents of the groom are Mr. and Mrs. Charles Malcolm Lasater Jr. of Mount Olive. He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. James Snowden Sanderson and the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles Malcolm Lasater.
After a wedding cruise to the Caribbean, the couple is residing in Raleigh.
