PREP BOYS' SOCCER: Golden Falcons tie Corinth-Holders

CARY -- Charles B. Aycock and Corinth-Holders battled to a scoreless draw at halftime Saturday afternoon.
They ended the day tied.
John McIver notched a second-half goal for the Golden Falcons, who battled to a 1-1 draw against the Pirates on the Coaches Kickoff Classic contested on the WakeMed Soccer Complex.
Zach Naughton assisted on McIver's goal.
CBA keeper Skyler Landers logged 10 saves between the pipes.
The Golden Falcons (3-1-2 overall) entertain Rocky Mount on Monday.
