Boys & Girls Clubs
Registration is ongoing for tackle football at the Wayne-Johnston County Boys and Girls Clubs. The fee is $90 for members and $100 for non-members. The deadline to register is Aug. 15. Age groups are 8-Under, 10-U and 12-U. For more information, call Jeff Barnes at 919-735-2358.

C.B. Aycock Cross Country
Aug. 8 -- Practice for the 2018 season begins at 8 a.m. at the CBA track. All athletes must have a current sports physical, a completed concussion form and a signed parental permission form before they will be allowed to try out. For more information, call head coach Butch Bennett at 919-222-8549.
