Jala Holloman scored 32 points and dished eight assists as Wayne Country Day shellacked CPIC rival Greenfield on Friday.
Senior Lillian Freeman also played well for the Lady Chargers, finishing with 15 points. Langley Barnes contributed 10 assists.
"Jala passed the 1,500 career point mark tonight, and Lillian played terrific in her senior game," said WCDS head coach David Flowers. "The girls finished undefeated in the conference for the second straight year, and we now have our sights set on a second consecutive tournament championship as well."
WCDS (18-4, 8-0 CPIC) returns to the floor next Thursday, when it faces the winner of John Paul II/Christ Covenant in the CPIC tournament semifinals.
