CLINTON -- Virginia Edmondson scored 23 points, grabbed five rebounds and registered three steals, but it wasn't enough to propel Spring Creek past host Clinton High on Friday.
Sophomore forward Belinda Carson also played well for the Lady Gators, providing 11 points, 10 rebounds, three assists and a pair of steals.
SC now stands 5-12 overall this season, and 0-9 in league play ahead of Monday's matchup with Midway.
