Boys' Basketball -- Eastern Wayne 63, C.B. Aycock 62

Sophomore guard Wesley Case scored a game-high 19 points on Tuesday to lead Eastern Wayne past ECC 3A and county rival C.B. Aycock.
The triumph moved the Warriors to 8-12 overall this season, and 4-5 in matters of league significance.
Marcus Rouse complemented Case by finishing the contest with 12 points. Kristopher Clark and Nick Perkins added nine and eight points, respectively.
C.B. Aycock (8-11, 3-6 ECC) had three players reach double figures, led by Eli Batts, who finished with 15 points. Rakilen Butler tallied 14 points, while Marquez Farmer added 11 points.
Eastern Wayne next sees the floor on Feb. 6, when it plays host to J.H. Rose.
C.B. Aycock will be the guest of Southern Wayne on Friday.
