GREENVILLE -- Myesha Best scored nine points on Friday, spurring Eastern Wayne past ECC 3A rival J.H. Rose.
Nyesha Best contributed 11 points, four rebounds and three assists, while Channing Williams finished with 10 points. Ziomara Williams hauled in 17 rebounds on the evening.
Eastern Wayne, now 11-4 overall and 3-2 in league play, is idle until it hosts county rival Southern Wayne next Friday.
