SOFTBALL: Golden Falcons pile on runs against Rampants

GREENVILLE -- C.B. Aycock eased past J.H. Rose in a 15-1 mercy-rule victory on Tuesday evening.
Starter Leah Campbell went five innings and gave up three hits. Connor Vinson went 3-for-3 with two RBI and Allison Shingleton went 3-4 with three RBI and a double. Cara Lenzi, Taylor Puetz, Hannah Vinson and Taylor Waddell each provided two hits.
The Golden Falcons (18-3, 8-3 ECC) host Eastern Wayne on Thursday.
