BOYS' TENNIS: Williams, Klein each prevail for PHS

Jacob Williams and teammate Garett Klein each emerged victorious in singles play during Princeton's 8-1, non-conference loss to North Johnston on Thursday afternoon.
It was the Bulldogs' regular-season finale.
Williams, the No. 1 seed, handed the Panthers' Tyler Jackson a 6-4, 4-6, 1-0 (11-9) defeat.
Klein posted a straight-set shutout of Ian Walston at the No. 3 flight.
Princeton returns to action Tuesday in the season-ending Carolina 1-A Conference individual singles and doubles tournament at Herman Park. First serve is 10 a.m.
