PREP BASEBALL: Warriors drop road game at New Bern

NEW BERN -- Eastern Wayne scratched out six hits in a 13-2 loss to Eastern Carolina 3-A/4-A Conference foe New Bern on Tuesday afternoon.
Landon Ginn and Jacob Ginn (two RBI) collected two hits apiece. Will Uzzell and Tanner Wells each had one hit.
Ryan Sullivan started on the mound and gave up three unearned runs on three hits in 12/3 innings. Landon Ginn worked 11/3 innings, while Nathan Bell tossed one inning. The trio combined for three strikeouts.
The Bears plated just three earned runs.
