BASEBALL: Wayne Christian crushes Community Christian

WILSON -- Wayne Christian erupted for 11 runs over the final three innings of play and handed Community Christian a 15-4 loss in Coastal Plains Independent 1-A Conference action.
The teams were deadlocked at 4-all after four innings.
Holden Foster, Ted Suggs (four RBI) and Will White (three RBI) paced the Eagles' offense with three hits apiece. Addison Johnson (RBI) and Levi Suggs each provided two hits.
Tyler Kornegay batted 1-for-4 with an RBI.
White, Foster and Anderson combined for six stolen bases.
Foster permitted four runs (one earned) on four hits and collected nine strikeouts during his four-inning stint on the bump. Ted Suggs tossed three innings of one-hit, six-strikeout relief.
