SOFTBALL: North Duplin's Santos no-hits Spring Creek

CALYPSO -- Alyssa Santos hurled her second no-hitter of the season -- a 17-0, three-inning decision over Carolina 1-A Conference foe Spring Creek. Santos retired seven Gators on strikeouts and also smashed a home run for the Rebels, who improved to 6-1 overall and 4-1 in league action this season. Natalie Ramirez provided two hits. Rayanna Koch (four RBI), Logan Jones and Madison Swinson (three RBI) each delivered one hit. North Duplin entertains Lakewood on April 6.
