Langley Barnes filed her third hat trick (three goals) of the season as Wayne Country Day hammered Ridgecroft, 5-0, on Friday afternoon.

Barnes scored on assists from Jasmine Jones and Jennifer Potts. She converted a second-half free kick that started from solid play by Ashton Gupton in the back.

Martie Rose provided a goal off of Ally Willman's assist. Hannah Neal hooked up with Kathryn Hamilton for the game's final goal.

The Chargers attempted 24 shots. Two hit the crossbar and two hit the post.

"The girls got the job done today, but we have made better use of the chances we created," WCDS head coach Steven Ellis said.
