BASEBALL: Beddingfield rallies past Goldsboro

Beddingfield rallied from a two-run deficit and handed Goldsboro a 12-6, non-conference loss on Thursday afternoon.
Chandler Patrick, Matthew Lewis and Elijah Curtis each turned in a three-hit performance for the Cougars. Brody Morton, Cameron Roux and Crouse each had one hit.
Patrick endured the pitching loss in a relief appearance. He tossed a five-hitter and logged seven strikeouts. The Bruins collected seven runs (three earned) during his stint on the mound.
