BASEBALL: Greene Central throttles nemesis Farmville Central

FARMVILLE -- Hunter Moore turned in a three-hit, one-RBI performance during Greene Central's 12-0, mercy-rule romp over nemesis Farmville Central on Friday evening.
Jamie Brady and Justin Vandiford (RBI) each delivered two hits for the Rams, who remained unbeaten in two outings this season. They continue play Monday at Spring Creek.
Cole Lanier (1-0) emerged as the winning pitcher. He yielded three hits, three walks and retired five Jaguar batters on strikeouts.
