KINSTON -- Jala Holloman led the Chargers with 21 points. Lexi Jeffreys added seven points and TT Ramsey registered five points. The Chargers led 13-2 after the first quarter.
"This was a great game for our girls," said WCDS coach David Flowers. "They were everywhere defensively. The offense was a little sluggish at times but we were able to get out and run some because of our pressure defense."
WCDS (3-4) travels to Community Christian next Monday.
