WRESTLING: Golden Falcons finish 2-1 at tri-meet

The Golden Falcons wrestling outfit recorded two wins at a tri-meet Wednesday, defeating North Lenoir 63-18 and Princeton, 60-24.
CBA's lone setback came in the form of a 33-36 loss to Wilson Fike.
Aycock's senior contingent led in the win column as Tyler Marquard, Chase Hapes and Joshua Wallace recorded a 3-0 mark on the night.
Wallace remains undefeated on the season, and is now 13-0. Seven other wrestlers secured 2 victories, including Austin Doyle, who suffered his first lost of the year.
Doyle stands at 9-1 on the season, while Edwards is 11-2.
Aycock is now 7-7 on the season and will compete Saturday at the Grant Wilder Memorial Tournament in Rocky Mount.
