Brody Morton threw for 120 yards and three touchdowns, and Malik Scott-McClarin added two rushing TDs during the Cougars' regular-season finale against the Blue Devils. Morton tossed scoring strikes to Naz Wooten, Reed Barnett and Dameon Brown. McClarin paced the Cougars' ground attack with 56 yards and two TDs. Cameron Roux contributed 64 yards and a TD, while Darius Rodgers chipped in 46 yards and one touchdown. The coaching staff praised the effort of Goldsboro's offensive line -- center Jabari Wilson, guard Ty Barnes, guard Omar Montgomery, tackle Michael Mooring and tackle Zurius Sutton. Defensive leaders were -- Tyrese Christian (7 tackles), Ty Barnes (5 tackles), Davege Shannon (5 tackles) and Dorian Rodgers (5 tackles, one fumble recovery). Goldsboro compiled a 7-2 record.
