VOLLEYBALL: Faith Christian upends TEACH

Chloe Mills served five aces and registered seven kills as Faith Christian handed TEACH of Washington a 25-8, 24-26, 25-12, 25-13 defeat on Thursday afternoon.
Jordan Lawhon recorded seven kills and two digs. Reagam Baumgarner added four aces and five digs. Alia Pittman (five aces), Savannah Potts (two aces, eight kills, three digs) and Emma Meador (two aces, one kill) also contributed to the four-set win.
"All of our players did a very good job tonight," FCA head coach Jamie Conlon said. "They all played together as a team, worked very hard and we're proud of them for that."
The Conquerors (3-8 overall) are the guests of N.C. Christian Schools Association 2-A region foe Bethel Christian on Monday.
