Rosewood softball tops Spring Creek

SEVEN SPRINGS -- Keelin Hunter batted 3-for-4 with an RBI as Rosewood carved out an 11-7 victory over Carolina 1-A Conference foe Spring Creek on a stormy Thursday evening.
Officials called the game due to lightning in the seventh inning.
Shayla Marak finished 2-for-4 with three RBI. Toree Marak provided two singles.
Overall, the Eagles cranked out nine hits.
Freshman hurler Kaitlyn Kincaid limited the Gators to six hits and recorded eight strikeouts inside the circle.
