Nick Neal goes distance in Eagles' road win

NEWTON GROVE -- Nick Neal hurled a complete-game three-hitter during Rosewood's 5-2 conquest of Carolina 1-A Conference foe Hobbton on Thursday evening.
Neal retired 10 Wildcat batters on strikeouts.
Chance Howard led the Eagles with three hits and an RBI, and stole two bases. Boone Moody doubled in a 1-for-4 effort.
The Eagles travel to league archrival Princeton today.
