Lakewood boys pull away from North Duplin

SALEMBURG -- Lakewood grabbed a nine-point advantage at halftime and pulled away for a 50-36 win over Carolina 1-A Conference rival North Duplin on Tuesday evening.
Luke Britt paced the Rebels' offense with eight points. Malik Cobb and Terrion Addison contributed six points apiece. Dexter Morrisey scored five points.
North Duplin (3-12 overall) plays host to James Kenan on Friday.
