CENTRAL, S.C. -- Winter Storm Jonas forced the postponement of Saturday's Conference Carolinas basketball doubleheader between University of Mount Olive and Southern Wesleyan.

The games have been rescheduled for Feb. 12.

To accommodate the change, UMO's home twinbill with in-state rival Lees-McRae has been moved to Feb. 9. The Trojans face Erskine on Feb. 13, but the game times have been moved up two hours -- 4 p.m. for the women's game and the men's game immediately following 20 minutes later.

The Trojans return home Tuesday to face in-state league foe Belmont Abbey. The women's game tips off at 5:30 p.m. and kicks off the Hwy 55 Burgers, Shakes and Fries Night promotion.

Three days later, UMO faces North Greenville -- the reigning Conference Carolinas men's tournament champion -- on "Blackout Night," which is sponsored by Piggly Wiggly of Mount Olive. The first 500 fans receive black T-shirts.

On Saturday, the Trojans will host a pair of nationally-televised games against Limestone (S.C.) College. American Sports Network will broadcast the games nationally, while WRDC-TV Channel 28 in Raleigh will carry the games live locally.

The women tip off at 4 p.m.

The UMO-Limestone games are also part of the 33rd annual UMO Basketball Church Night. Pizza Village and Best of Clinton are the game sponsors.
