Rosewood matmen finish 2-1 in Wayne-Wilson Challenge

WILSON -- Rosewood defeated Hunt (42-30) and Beddingfield (66-12) in the annual Wayne-Wilson Challenge on Thursday evening.
Fike handed the Eagles a 40-30 loss.
Against Hunt, heavyweight Kaleb Taylor, Timothy Decatur-Luker, Colby Hooks, Jayden Thomas, Seth Finney, Richard Jest and Dylan Melgar each claimed an individual win.
The teams double forfeited at 160.
Noah Carden, Taylor, Chris Hill, Hooks, Reid Amodeo, Tanner Smith, Thomas, Finney, Jest and Hunter Weeks each emerged victorious against Beddingfield.
Against Fike, Weeks, Taylor, Decatur-Luker, Amodeo and Jest each had their hand raised in victory.
