CAMP LEJEUNE -- Mike Woodard rushed for a season-high four touchdowns as Rosewood throttled Lejeune, 47-0, in non-conference play on Friday evening.
Woodard compiled 145 yards on just 11 carries for the Eagles, who picked up their first road win in three tries this season. Tronqull Blue added 73 yards and a touchdown. Quarterback Cameron Helt rushed for 45 yards and two TDs on just eight totes.
Helt completed two passes for 11 yards.
"Our defense played really well tonight," RHS head coach Robert Britt said. "Holding a team scoreless is always a great accomplishment. I also thought our offense was very efficient tonight, especially our running game.
"Our coaching staff did a great job of preparing our team to play tonight."
Rosewood (2-2 overall) entertains South Lenoir next Friday.
